Start by taking a tour of our model homes to get a sense of our vast structural and design selections within our available communities.
- Let’s Talk
Next, let’s discuss your thoughts. Together we’ll review the variety of plans that can be customized to the way you live and entertain, and we’ll align your wish list with your budget.
- Reserve Your Home Site
Once you select a design plan, select and reserve your home site with a $1,000 deposit. Then your Purchase and Sale agreement is signed within seven days of your reservation. 10% of your home’s sale price is required at P&S signing ($1,000 initial deposit is applied to your 10% deposit).
- Your Home, Your Way
Review the options for customizing your dream home. Then, let’s meet to discuss your selections and make any adjustments needed to ensure your complete satisfaction.
- Construction Begins
Enjoy complete confidence during every stage of the construction process with your personal Sales Director on hand to oversee every stage and every detail. Changes can be made and any cost adjustments will be explained and agreed to.
- Welcome Home to your One-Year Warranty
Upon completion, you’ll do a new home orientation with your Sales Director to make sure everything is just as you envisioned it. Once approved, and the closing is final, you can start making new memories in your new home. What’s more, enjoy the peace of mind of our one-year warranty covering materials and workmanship.
